A wonderful artist Peter Donnelly frequents New Brighton beach. This isn't the most wonderful shot of his work, you can see more images in my photoblog http://adiemus.aminus3.com/ but this is an example of a completed work (well, nearly completed) for those who can't manage the suspense!

I love this concept, the flow of it, how it is beautifully drawn, then washed away--- the latter part adds volumes to the meaning.
I agree, the fact that his work is temporary, ephemeral, it just adds to the zen of it. I love it!
